What materials can you stamp?
We stamp a wide range of materials including stainless steel (304, 316, 430), carbon steel (SPCC, SPHC), aluminum (5052, 6061, 1100), copper (C1100), brass (C2680), and galvanized steel (SECC, SGCC). Material thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 3.0mm.
What is your tolerance capability?
Our standard stamping tolerance is ±0.05mm for dimensions under 50mm, and ±0.10mm for dimensions over 50mm. For precision components, we can achieve ±0.02mm with fine-blanking or secondary machining.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces for simple stamping parts. For complex parts requiring new tooling, MOQ is typically 3,000-5,000 pieces. Prototype and sample orders of 50-100 pieces are also available for testing.
How long is your typical lead time?
Lead time depends on complexity: 15-20 days for new tooling + first article samples. Production orders typically take 10-15 days after sample approval. Rush orders can be accommodated with 7-day turnaround for existing tools.
Do you make your own stamping dies?
Yes, we design and manufacture all stamping dies in-house. This gives us full control over tooling quality, lead time, and maintenance. Our tooling engineers have 15+ years of die design experience.
