How do I request a quote?
Submit your inquiry through our online form, send an email to info@junyuanhardware.com, or call us directly. Please include your part drawings (PDF or STEP format), material specification, required quantity, and any surface treatment requirements for an accurate quote.
What file formats do you accept for quotations?
We accept 2D drawings in PDF, DWG, or DXF format, and 3D models in STEP, IGES, or SolidWorks format. The more detail you provide (tolerances, material, surface requirements), the more accurate our quote will be.
How quickly can I get a quote?
We typically respond within 24 hours for standard stamping quotes. Complex parts requiring tooling analysis may take 2-3 business days. Rush quotes can be provided within 4 hours for existing tool configurations.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms: 50% deposit + 50% before shipping for new customers. Tooling cost is paid upfront. Established customers may qualify for net 30 terms. We accept T/T (wire transfer), PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS for samples and small orders, and sea freight (FOB Shenzhen) for production quantities. We handle all export documentation and customs paperwork.
