Stamped Parts FAQ

What types of stamped parts do you produce?

We produce custom stamped metal parts including mounting brackets, support brackets, electrical enclosures, cover plates, sleeves, splines, and precision stamping components. All parts are made to customer specifications.

Can you stamp both thin and thick sheet metal?

Yes. We handle material thickness from 0.3mm (thin gauge for enclosures and EMI shielding) up to 3.0mm (heavy gauge for structural brackets and supports). Our presses range from 25 tons to 220 tons.

Do you provide surface treatment after stamping?

Yes, we offer a full range of surface treatments: zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, powder coating, anodizing (for aluminum), painting, and passivation (for stainless steel). All treatments comply with RoHS standards.

What industries do your stamped parts serve?

Our stamped parts are used in electronics, automotive, appliances, industrial equipment, construction, and consumer products. We have experience with both functional components and decorative stampings.

How do you ensure dimensional accuracy on stamped parts?

We use a three-stage inspection system: IQC checks raw material dimensions, IPQC performs first-article inspection and in-process checks every 2 hours, and OQC does final dimensional verification with CMM and projector measurement tools before shipping.
